Our mutual goal is to help you achieve your swimming objectives, whether it’s improving your fitness, setting new personal records, or excelling in competitions. Most importantly, let’s make sure to enjoy every moment of our journey in the water.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with our online and face-to-face swimming training programs. Designed to enhance both your athletic performance and overall experience, these provisions are foundational to fostering a productive relationship between you (the athlete) and MareSwim (the coach). By accessing and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Comprehensive Feedback for Training Efficiency

Effective feedback is critical to the success of your personalized training plan. As a MareSwim client, you are expected to provide detailed feedback after each session. This should include specifics on your adherence to the training schedule, your physical and emotional well-being, and any barriers you face. This information is crucial for us to tailor our approach and ensure the training is responsive to your needs.

3. Communication Protocols for Online and Personal Training

Open and effective communication is essential at MareSwim. We offer multiple channels for ongoing dialogue:

Web Features Application: Use this for routine updates on your training progress and session reflections.
Email Communications: Suitable for sending non-urgent, detailed information or documentation.
WhatsApp and Video Calls: Ideal for quick queries or more personal interaction. Please respect response time may vary due to coaching obligations.

For personal training clients, direct communication during sessions enhances real-time feedback and adjustment.

4. Video Analysis and Correction Strategy

Bi-monthly, we require video submissions to assess your technique and progress. These should be clear and follow specified guidelines to ensure effective analysis. We use these videos to identify areas for improvement and refine your training regimen.

5. Personal Face-to-Face Training Dynamics

Personal training sessions are an opportunity to address your training needs directly. Absences should be communicated via WhatsApp to facilitate scheduling adjustments. Regular, direct engagement is critical to monitor your progress and make immediate corrections.

6. Structured Payment Terms

Payments for training services must be processed through our secure online platform. Subscription fees are due monthly/ or one off, with options for payments with added flexibility. Instructions for cancellation and subscription adjustments are clearly outlined to ensure transparency.

7. Required Training Equipment

To maximize training effectiveness, you will need standard swimming gear, which includes a kickboard, pull buoy, paddles, front snorkel, and short fins. Additional equipment might be recommended based on your specific training needs.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

MareSwim retains ownership of all materials on our website and training content, except for user-provided content. You are granted a limited license to access and use our resources for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

MareSwim makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted use of our services. Our liability for any issues arising from your use of our services is strictly limited to the extent permitted by law, typically covering direct but not consequential or incidental damages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MareSwim operates. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in local courts, providing a clear legal framework for our operations.
